Initial Training for New Schools
Every new Maple Bear school undergoes an initial intensive training. It is conducted in English and expands for 2 weeks prior opening and 1 week after the opening. Canadian educators lead this in-school training, ensuring the authenticity and integrity of the methodology.

Annual In-School Training and coaching
To maintain and enhance teaching quality, Maple Bear conducts annual in-school training sessions. These trainings are based on local school leadership requests which are received in advance for focus on certain topics and strategies, based on which the Canadian trainer prepare workshops and activities based and modelling exercises.
