Maple Bear Wrocław
In September 2024, Wrocław will see the opening of its second Maple Bear Polish-Canadian school and preschool, following the one in Katowice. Our new branch will be housed in the historical building at Kościuszki 84. This venue once served as a primary school and, in the 1970s, as a boarding school. However, for many Wrocław residents, this address is more notably associated with the Wrocław School of Jazz and Entertainment Music, which opened its doors in 1998. After the school's closure, the building became part of the Maple Bear network. Over the past months, we've been renovating it to ensure it meets Maple Bear's global standards, creating an environment where children can learn and play safely and comfortably. In early spring, we will host open days to introduce our staff, our educational programs, and our unique teaching methodology that combines the Polish and Canadian curriculums. Kindergarten
Bilingual Kindergarten Maple Bear offers programs for children from 2 to 5 years old. The curriculum is based on a play-based approach that helps children learn through exploration and discovery. This high-quality education offers young children an excellent foundation for their future academic and personal success.
Elementary
Maple Bear has developed an excellent, hands on and relevant elementary curriculum in each subject area based on the highly successful Canadian approach to learning and instruction. Bilingual Maple Bear Elementary School encourages the development of the child’s basic skill in literacy, numeracy, science, technology, analysis, problem solving, information processing and computing.
